We are looking to hire Full-Time (Monday - Friday) 9-5 Customer service emails to assist clients in purchasing from our website.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Customer Service Phone skills as needed Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and independently Ability to run errands as needed General office filing Packaging, some light - medium lifting Benefit Conditions:
