The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing documents, managing case files, and providing administrative support.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have a background in law and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and closings.
Interview clients and witnesses to gather information.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
