The goal of the position is to establish rapport with a diverse group of individuals from across the globe.

Responsibilities:
Listen to each member to find out what they're currently unhappy about and figure out how to motivate them Get to know your team as individuals including their family, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
Ensure that you are making your team members feel appreciated/acknowledged/special Recognize their skills and abilities and be their biggest cheerleader Have a 5-minute zoom call monthly with each of your team members Provide a safe and supportive work environment to your team members Share motivational tips everyday Report tidbits to the CEO and assist him in creating a shout out video to each member of your team for momentous dates in their lives
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a team atmosphere as well as on your own Experience in team growth/building Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills Must have an empathetic personality Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledgeable in Microsoft systems, google workspace, and Zoom application Pay:
Pay varies depending on full-time or part-time employment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
