This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both members and team members.
The Information Technology Specialist supports and maintains in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.
This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading software and hardware while ensuring optimal workstation performance, system integrity, and security.
This individual will assist with Information Technology related projects as well as troubleshoot problem areas and provide end-user training and assistance where required.

Support employees and members by ensuring information technology systems are running smoothly Assist with managing IT vendor relationships and support Assist with implementing IT related projects Provide troubleshooting assistance for members and employees Provide end-user training and assistance What You'll Bring:

Knowledge of Windows 7 / 8 / 10 Desktop Operating Systems Experience with Basic TCP/IP Networking Basic knowledge of Active Directory Experience in Desktop and Network Security Fundamentals Experience in Peripheral Configuration (Printers, Scanners, MFP Devices, etc) General troubleshooting skills The following will greatly increase your potential for hire:
Experience in Financial Services Industry related certifications What We Offer:
