We are currently looking for a Trust Administrative Assistant for our branch located 2627 Washington Blvd.
Ogden, UT.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5.
Works as an administrative assistant to the trust officers.
Executes routine, important, urgent, and critical requests from trust officers.
Interacts with clients, and assists in account administration.
Assists with daily disbursements and receipts.
Maintains client and account records and files.
Compensation DOETo quality for this Trust Administrative Assistant position you must have:
Preferably, 2 or more years of trust administrative assistant or related experience, but entry level candidates will be considered.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and aptitude with trust systems.
Excellent client service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization and prioritization skills.

Sort, route, send and process incoming and outgoing mail.
Intake and routing of client visitors and calls.
Document management:
Establish and maintain account files to retain various documents.
Scan and index account files electronically.
Send closed and aged account files to storage.
Assist in opening and closing accounts:
Set up and maintain client and account profile info in trust system.
Maintain account opening checklist to confirm accuracy and completion of account set up.
Assist in the preparation and completion of account reviews.
Prepare documentation of receipts and disbursements for approval and posting:
checks, ACH, and wires.
Assist with processing discretionary distribution requests for trust accounts.
Prepare trade requests for approval and submission.
Assist in confirming completion and accuracy of transactions posted.
Assist with the filing of tax returns, tax payments and tax refunds.
Assist in administration of miscellaneous account assets:
real estate, LLCs & partnerships, oil & gas Pay property taxes and insurance.
Inspect real estate properties.
Obtain and update valuations of miscellaneous account assets.
Execute fund transfers between department intra-bank operations account and trust accounts.
Joint receipt and withdrawal of physical assets and asset documents in and out of the trust vault.
Assist in the administration of estates:
gather, secure, inventory, value, report and dispose of estate assets.
Assist with gathering account files and information for annual audit and regulatory exams.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
