Manager Academic Supplies Requisition Number SP Position Category Staff Campus Location Weber State University Ogden UT Hours Per Week Months Per Year Alternate Work Schedule None Pay Grade E Salary Hourly Pay Rate FLSA Exempt Job SummaryBasic Function Individual will be responsible for assisting in the planning organization and directing the acquisition and delivery of academic supplies including course materials for faculty and students.
Also will be responsible for the proper management of the entire academic supply inventory.
This includes contacting vendors to resolve quantity disputes damage goods and invoice concerns and working efficiently with departments in the bookstore to ensure that academic supply orders are generated received and invoiced correctly.
The position serves as liaison for departments and faculty members with regard to all academic supplies including course materials.
Additionally will work with departments and faculty to communicate and resolve order status and ISBN issues provide feedback of order status and oversee the beginning and end of term buybacks.
Position will interact with administration departments vendors suppliers and students to coordinate the successful procurement sale and inventory management of academic supplies with an emphasis on affordability and maintaining fiscal success.
Required Qualifications BS Degree andor equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Experience with data analytics.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Ability to lead organize and supervise staff.
