Required Qualifications Graduation from high school or equivalent GED.
Three years related fulltime work experience.
Basic computer skills required.
Possession of or ability to obtain a state of Utah Drivers License is a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications Seeking applicants with the following knowledge skills and abilities Must be able to work with power tools hand tools and related diagnostic devices required to perform job functions.
Must be able to perform work in awkward work positions that may be encountered.
Work environment will include indoor and outdoor work in abnormal ambient temperatures and weather conditions.
Work from ladders scaffolding and elevated platforms.
Must be able to work overhead and in confined conditions.
Ability to lift and carry pounds for yards.
May perform duties before or after normal business hours and be available for OnCall Status assignments as scheduled.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally with maintenance staff and customers.
Proven outstanding work ethic and attendance record demonstrated through previous employment.
Preference given to those with documented previous HVAC Plumbing Electrical Mechanical or Finish Carpentry Experience.
Consideration will also be given to individuals who have received additional training or certifications from recognized Applied Technology or Trade Schools.
Ability to complete tasks and assignments with excellent workmanship and code compliance.
Knowledge of applicable state and national codes desirable.
