General Job DescriptionBackup Quality Assurance Manager.
Responsible for ATP testing before production begins.
Perform allergen testing when required.
Verify production documentation including labels and expiry dates.
Perform daily quality checks and product weights.
Ensure foreign material device is working at all times.
Enforces GMPs.
Responsible for weekly internal and external pest control.
Assist associates with any quality issues.
Initiates holds for ingredient and finished product not meeting specification.
Performs weekly and monthly quality duties as required such as infrared thermometer and scale calibration.
Assists in mock recalls investigations and so forth.

To maintain constant communication with those who develop Company Policies and Programs for Food Safety to ensure the Company is following all Regulatory Requirements.
To enforce and support the compliance of all Regulatory and Customer Regulations for Food Safety.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
