Closing Orientation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as our Closing Orientation Specialist on our Construction Team.
The primary role of this position will be to complete 4-way, closing, and sewer inspections on all homes and perform all home orientation walkthroughs with homeowners.
Responsibilities Conduct orientation meetings with Homeowners and Agents Create and complete the home orientation list before closing Email Construction Executive Admin created and signed home orientation list Schedule Trade partners to complete all items listed on the home orientation list Sign off meeting with the Construction Manager Perform IAuditor 4-way inspection and send it to the Construction Manager and Construction Executive Admin Perform a Re-4-way inspection on any failed items and email the Construction Manager and Construction Executive Admin list of remaining uncompleted items Perform IAuditor Closing inspection and send to Construction Manager and Construction Executive Admin Perform a Re-4-way inspection on any failed items and email the Construction Manager and Construction Executive Admin list of remaining uncompleted items Perform sewer inspection on each property before homeowners take occupancy Save rain gutter photos taken during Closing Inspection photos into Dropbox Review Discover card receipts each month and submit receipts to Accounting Annual mileage report and registration General vehicle maintenance and cleaning Be available to respond to and review emergency warranty requests Conflict resolution with homeowners Proficient knowledge of the home-building process Qualifications Proficient knowledge of general construction of the home building process General Building Code Knowledge Advanced construction skills Safety/Accident prevention skills 2-10 HBW IAuditor Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to read and understand building plans Attention to detail Ability to be held accountable for work performed Ability to take guidance/direction from a supervisor Ability to set and maintain accurate schedules Ability to look ahead and see potential problems Self-motivated Computer Skills:
