Job Description
Position provides essential Facilities Management services to all campuses of Weber State University, either by in-house forces or by service contracts. Provide management direction, guidance, and supervision to four subordinate department managers and exercises general supervision and guidance on landscaping, custodial, vehicle repair, and fleet management issues, to include the shuttle bus system. Prepares and provides quality control for service contracts for various functions not performed with in-house personnel. Act as safety manager for Facilities Management department.
Qualifications
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a related field.
Two years of full-time supervisory experience.
Five years experience working with construction or service contracts and the associated administration, development, and oversight.
A valid Utah Driver License is a condition of employment.
Computer skills (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail).
Seeking applicants with effective communication and supervisory skills. Preferred qualifications include familiarity and basic proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or similar software.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
