Job Description
Kier Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for senior housing community. The Maintenance Tech is primary responsible for the overall appearance and quality of the housing community.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Tech performs maintenance necessary to the overall appearance and quality of the property, maintain curb appeal and including but not limited to, unit turns, work orders, and assist with maintaining the grounds. This position is subject to taking turns for on-call assignment.
Qualifications
Experience in diagnosing problems, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair/install, and seasonal maintenance is essential. Applicant must also have experience working with tools and outdoor equipment. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions at anytime is a must. Applicant must be driven, self-motivated, dependable, honest, communicate effectively and have positive attitude.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
