The Cook is responsible to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations under the supervision of the Dietary Services Manager.
Candidates should have a Food Handler's permit/ServeSafe certification as well as previous experience and a positive attitude!

Requirements:
oHigh school diploma or equivalent.
oMust possess a Food Handler's permit / ServSafe certification as per State requirements.
oMust have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
oMust be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and to work cooperatively with other associates.
oMust maintain regular attendance.
Must meet all local health regulations, and pass post-employment physical exam if required. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
oMust be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
