Catering Chef
Looking for a catering chef to work in a fast-paced University environment.
Must be:
Customer Driven
Knowledgable and technically skilled
Able to lead a team
Communicate well
Able to manage labor and food costs
Safety conscious
Able to manage and tolerate stress
Creative and have the ability to write menus
Food Handlers permit
Must pass an application assessment and a background check
Must have 5 years of culinary experience
Catering experience preferred
