Exhibit a whatever-it-takes-to-get-the-job-done mentality Possess strong interpersonal skills-can take direction well and, can handle issues with respect, kindness, sensitivity, and urgency Have a keen understanding and commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and strategies Have a drive for excellence and a commitment to continue to develop professionally and utilize technology to continually increase effectivity Manage communications Bookkeeping (bank deposits, credit card statements, tool loan accounts, weekly check run) Produce and manage presentations Oversee office- JD Store, supplies, phone system, copy machine, daily mail, etc. Manage travel and ensure all details are covered Oversee Events-customer visits, tours, open houses, team member appreciation activities Keep registrations and customer required forms current and provide as needed QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant with a focus on bookkeeping Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite Degree in Business, Finance, Public Relations, or a related field preferred Effective human relations and communication skills Utilize good judgement and problem solving Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize effectively manage dynamic workload WORK SCHEDULEDay Shift Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, flexible to work occasional overtime or adjust schedule as needed a must.
