Founded in 2016, Envy Property Management (EPM) is a full-service property management and construction company.
EPM manages investors' real estate investments ranging from single-family homes, apartments, and small commercial buildings.
Additionally, the company provides small construction and handyman services to outside retail customers.
EPM is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its rapidly growing property management and construction business.
The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to provide oversight and hands-on help with a wide variety of maintenance activities across a plethora of different fields including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, home improvement, and remodeling, etc.
You will closely with the Maintenance Coordinator and Office Staff to prioritize and travel between multiple properties in Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake Counties.
This Maintenance Supervisor position is both a supervisory position as well as a hands-on (as needed) maintenance position.
The Maintenance Supervisor must have experience and be comfortable in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Reviews work orders and determines if it can be troubleshot or needs a repair and if it will be tenant charge or billed to the property owner.
Troubleshoots issues with tenants via phone or software Communicates with tenants and owners via telephone or through software Schedules maintenance techs and contractors for all EPM work orders and Envy Repair jobs Notifies tenants of scheduled work orders Notifies and obtains owner approvals Orders supplies and materials Works with home warranty companies to schedule and coordinate vendors Obtains invoices from PM work orders, notifies the owner the work has been completed, closes out work orders, bills out work orders Coordinates property move-ins, move-outs and periodic inspections Reviews inspection reports to determine what needs to be addressed and creates work orders Fields retail customers calls and gathers necessary information in order to provide an accurate quote for handyman services Communicates with retails clients via telephone and software Addresses client concerns with regards maintenance Ensures all jobs & work orders are completed and closed in a timely manner Provides management with weekly status updates Proactively collaborates with the team to solve any issues that arise Ensures all jobs and work orders have the proper maintenance tech's notes and photos uploaded to CRM/scheduling software Schedules the drop-offs and pick-ups of all lock boxes Create troubleshooting PDF's Follows, helps create and improve company processes Any other items assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED required.
1 or more years of experience in the property management or construction industry.
Must possess general building maintenance knowledge.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and professional phone etiquette skills with the ability to relate to others.
Must be able to read/write English (Spanish bilingual preferred).
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via phone, text and email.
Must maintain EPM dress code and professional appearance.
Must have knowledge of safety requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Understand and abide by Fair Housing laws.
Be able to work evenings and weekends if necessary.
Knowledge of Google G Suite Ability to operate multiple scheduling and CRM softwares.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public.

Be a self-starter with the ability to organize multiple projects, manage rapidly shifting priorities and produce tangible measurable results.
