We're looking for a seasoned landscape construction Site Manager to help take us to the next level as we expand to new parts of Utah.
The ideal candidate will have solid general business experience and an ambition to create a new branch of our company in Northern Utah.
We have 43 years of experience in Utah with a strong name recognition and hold our quality of work to the highest standards.
You will be an integral team member and will be responsible for the execution of residential and commercial landscaping projects.

We have ambitious goals for 2023 and beyond and feel that you can help shape our renewed focus on creating beautiful landscaping environments for our clients.
Responsibilities Creating a plan for the team by day and by week and by month.
Operating landscaping equipment to and from Kubota and Caterpillar machinery.
Teaching and training the team in best practices.
Managing order of operations for a successful project.
Managing the client and keeping them updated with progress.
Working with suppliers to order materials (rocks, turf, dirt, etc.
).
Demolition of existing landscapes (pulling out rocks, debris, existing plants).
Following the landscape architect's plans for both hardscapes and softscapes.
Laying out plant material.
Building retaining walls and other hardscapes.
Coaching the team and ensuring weekly goals are met by the crew leaders you supervise.
Reviewing team hours and job costs to ensure job is on track.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 6
years landscape construction experience.
4
years management experience in construction Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Analytical and financial experience in business management.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
HUGE plus if you speak/write/read Spanish and English.
