The ideal candidate has touched all aspects of a small to medium production environment and can scale along with the company.
Were seeking someone who is selfmotivated and passionate about maintaining and implementing secure reliable and scalable systems.
Youll need to implement design manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including but not limited to.
Network Design Topology.
HyperV VMWare Hypervisors.
Windows Server Active Directory Domain Controllers.
Microsoft Exchange via Office.
Backup Archive Which includes but not limited to Building out the network to assure its redundant with failovers in place across the complete network.
Configure systems and networks Monitor site stability and performance Scale infrastructure to meet demand Troubleshoot site issues Ensure system and network security Document system design and procedures Coordinate with IT team on corporate systems and network on call for emergency response disaster recovery Bachelors or higher Degree in Computer Science Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering.
Or years experience providing senior HyperV and AD Windows system administration or Network design engineering Be a senior level escalation for problemsissues manage incidents to resolution and satisfaction participate in post mortem discussions and propose longterm solutions.
Coordinate and execute changes for production systems and applications Solid understanding of fundamental technologies like TCPIP SSL SMTP Experience with web server configuration monitoring trending network design high availability backups Knowledge of best practices related to security performance and disaster recovery Troubleshoot network port wireless connectivity issues.
Strong troubleshooting skills Selfstarter motivated organized and detail oriented Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly Excellent communicationcustomer service skills strong analytical skills strong documentationwritten communication skills Prioritize and multitasking and ability to work well in a collaborative teaming environment Ability to follow through and document issues and resolutions Must be able to follow procedures and protocols as outlined by leaders Provide creative input.
Ability to deliver work on time.
Certifications are a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
