The individual occupying this position will be responsible for the general support of computers and related systems of the Goddard School of Business and Economics.
The individual will manage the installation maintenance troubleshooting and related activities for the computers software and related IT systems of the college.
The individual will be responsible for the support of the faculty staff classrooms and labs of the college.
The individual will be required to stay current on university and industry standards as they relate to software computer management and the Information Security.
Individual will oversee the inventory and inventory maintenance of college technology.
The individual will be responsible for the success of computer related activities in the college including printers wifi connections malware information security policy compliance and training of faculty and staff on computer issuesfeature.
Required Qualifications Non Exempt N Qualifications Associates or equivalent experience years of concurrent experience troubleshooting technology in a full time position or equivalency with emphasis on three or more of the following technologies Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft System Center JAMF Extron AV Technologies Virtualization Software Terminal Services Experience providing indepth support for enterprise systems and software used at Weber State such as Google Apps for Education INB Argos reporting Microsoft Office Suite Windows OS Apple OS etc.
