WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Our IT HelpDesk Technicians eagerly assist employees with basic computer maintenance issues and problems perform a variety of standard maintenance activities software installations and support items to ensure employee technology meets company standards and requirements.
Location Schedule Availability Salary Information South Ogden Utah Monday through Friday AM PM rotating Saturdays AM PM Fulltime hours per week Guaranteed Base Wage Bonus Incentive Essential Duties Responsibilities Receive and prioritize calls and emails from users.
Assign task appropriate trouble tickets and ensures that all problems are tracked measured resolved and verified.
Provide firstline support by answering technical questions and providing solutions to problems.
Complete hardware and software installation.
Maintains upgrades and repairs credit union PCs and peripheral equipment for all systems.
Provide consistent member followup.
Comply with all regulations as required by law.
Experience Education Certification High school diploma required Bachelors degree or pursuing Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field preferred.
