Information Technology Support Specialist
Our company is looking for a desktop support technician with the ability to present complex technical information to nontechnical users in an understandable and concise format.

Because this role is very visible within the company you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact What you get to do every single day Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone email and walkups Provide computer desktop support to local remote locations in accordance with established policies and procedures Provide IT support for Windows Microsoft Office and a variety of other applications used internally Maintain analyze and fix computer systems hardware printers and computer peripherals Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying researching and resolving technical problems Own and execute technology implementation projects Resolve computer problems and adviseimplement appropriate actionsolutions Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters Maintain records of daily data communication transactions issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems Bachelors degree in Computer Science or technical degree preferred A Network Certification years related experience Basic TCPIP networking concepts Windows administration and bug fixing in an Active Directory environment Ability to write reports business correspondence user instructions and procedure manuals Experience installing and configuring Windows OS networked and local printers and business applications.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
