Customer Service Assistant
Established commercial/digital/flexo printing company in Ogden, UT is looking to add an assistant customer service representative to our team. Will train the right person, but any graphic arts, Adobe, or printing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person. Estimating, purchasing, preparing jobs, receiving files, managing proofs, and working closely with manufacturing. Must be detail oriented, very organized, have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Good people and communication skills are required.
Must be computer literate. Any graphic arts, Adobe, or printing experience is a definite plus.
