MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
SUMMARY
Broad responsibility and leadership of Human Resources team at Parker Hannifin Control Systems Division in Ogden, UT. Accountable for employee relations, talent acquisition, training, development, affirmative action, compensation, and related areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of HR professionals in providing a broad selection of HR services and products to the Control Systems Division in Ogden, UT with approximately 450 team members.
Provide internal human resources consulting to Ogden site leadership as appropriate.
Ensure that human resources is providing a value added service for the Ogden site that results in the achievement of the division's business goals and objectives.
Model the way with regard to compliance and ethics as related to company policies and procedures, and federal state, and local laws as applicable.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Ten or more years of major professional accomplishments, including increasing responsibility and overall leadership of Human Resources teams for five or more years.
Masters in HR Management or MBA with an HR management emphasis preferred. BA in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
Strong HR and business experience in operations/manufacturing environment.
Excellent executive image, which is dynamic, high energy, and results oriented.
Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills in producing results and meeting organizational objectives.
Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, environment with a focus on accomplishing more with less, continuous improvement, and on-time delivery of high quality products and services to all customers.
Demonstrated ability to lead a high performance HR team in a collaborative and highly participative manner, providing significant growth and development for all team members.
Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills in producing results and meeting organizational objectives.
Capable of assessing and developing individual and team skills and capabilities.
